BMC offers immigration services to help Canadian citizens and permanent residents over the age of 18 bring their parents and/or grandparents to Canada through the Canada Parents & Grandparents PR Visa. This program allows for sponsorship of family members for Canadian PR, and our team can assist you in making the most of this opportunity to reunite with your loved ones in Canada.
To bring your parents and grandparents to Canada on a visa, you need to follow the ICCRC's prescribed steps, which involve a combination of online and physical documentation, as outlined below:
Expression of Interest: To sponsor your parents and/or grandparents, you must express your interest by filling out an online Expression of Interest form, called the "Interest to Sponsor" form, and submit it online. Acceptance is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Invitation to Apply: After submitting the Expression of Interest, if you are selected, you will receive an Invitation to Apply, requesting you to submit a complete application with all necessary supporting documents within 60 days, along with a processing fee of CAD 1080.
Application Processing: Once the completed applications are submitted, the IRCC takes approximately 20-24 months to process them.
