Canada PNP

GET INTO THE PNP IMMEDIATELY

If you are looking for a fast-track to Canadian Permanent Residency, the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) may be a suitable option for you. This program enables Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals for Permanent Residency. While it operates separately from the Canada Express Entry program, holding a select PNP nomination can give you an additional 600 CRS points when you enter the Express Entry pool, which significantly increases your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply. Additionally, some PNP programs have issued Letters of Interest to applicants with CRS scores below 400. BMC can provide you with specialized visa and immigration support to help you take advantage of this opportunity to migrate to Canada.

Full form of PNP

The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) enables individuals to immigrate to specific provinces or territories in Canada. To apply for immigration to a particular province or territory, you should possess the necessary skills, work experience, and education qualifications that align with the job vacancies available in that area.

After submitting your application, the province/territory will assess your qualifications and determine whether you meet their job market requirements. If your profile meets their standards, they will provide you with an estimate of the processing time.

If your application is approved, you must apply for permanent residency within the timeframe specified by the province/territory. They will also inform you whether you need to apply through the Express Entry system or the regular application process.

For Express Entry PNP path: If you have not yet joined the Express Entry pool, you need to create an Express Entry profile to be considered. If you have not created a profile yet, you can do so through the Government of Canada website.

For non-Express Entry PNP path: Applicants who have been nominated for permanent residency through a non-Express Entry PNP stream must apply through the regular application process.

CANADA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM (PNP) DETAILS

The PNP program was introduced to address the shortage of skilled workers in Canadian provinces by attracting skilled international talent. Many people have successfully settled in Canada through this program, and some of the best provinces to apply for are Prince Edward Island, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, and Alberta. If you have expertise in technology, finance, education, marketing, or healthcare, this is an excellent opportunity to explore your options under the PNP program. You may choose to apply for the PNP option if you are willing to live in a province, contribute to its economy, and seek permanent residency in Canada.

Options in the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

When applying for the Provincial Nominee Program, there are two options available: the paper-based process and the Express Entry process. For the paper-based process, you need to apply to the province or territory for nomination under the non-Express Entry stream. If your occupation is on the individual In-demand Occupation Lists of certain provinces, and you meet the eligibility requirements, you may receive a nomination from the province. Then, you can proceed to apply for a Canada PR Visa. However, keep in mind that the processing time for the paper-based process is typically longer than the Express Entry system.

Canada Express Entry System

There are two ways to apply for a Provincial Nomination Program:
Contact the province or territory directly and apply for a nomination under the Express Entry stream. If you receive a positive response from the province, you can create or update your Express Entry profile.
Create an Express Entry profile and express your interest in the provinces or territories. If a province or territory sends you a "notification of interest," you can contact them and apply through the Express Entry system.
Regardless of the application method, you must meet the eligibility requirements to increase the likelihood of a successful outcome.

Steps to apply for PNP application

Step 1: To apply for a Provincial Nominee Program, follow these steps:

Step 2: Choose the province or territory where you want to live and work.

Step 3: Check the eligibility requirements for that province's PNP program and submit your application.

Step 4: If you meet the criteria, you may be nominated by the province or territory to apply for permanent residency.

Step 5: After you receive the nomination, you can apply for a permanent residency visa.

Step 6: Each province has different criteria for evaluating permanent residency applications, so make sure you understand the requirements for your chosen province.

The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in Canada consists of around 80 different programs, each with its own unique eligibility requirements. The program is designed to assist provinces in fulfilling their specific immigration needs by addressing labor shortages and filling in-demand jobs.

To qualify for most PNPs, applicants must have a connection to the province they are applying to. This connection can come in the form of previous work or study experience in the province, or a job offer from an employer in the province.

A provincial nomination can benefit applicants in two ways: by adding 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points to their Express Entry application and by making them eligible to apply directly to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for permanent residency.
